The connection between Lytton and Lillooet is Highway 12 . The route in the Canadian province of British Columbia has a length of 62 km and runs parallel to the Fraser River .

In Lytton, the highway branches off Highway 1 in a northerly direction. Lytton Parish is just after the junction. The Thompson River joins the Fraser River directly north of Lytton . The highway now follows the valley of the Fraser River in a northerly direction. The northern end is reached after approx. 62 km. East of Lillooet, the highway joins Highway 99 . Except for the two communities at the beginning and at the end of the highway, this highway does not go through any other. The landscape that is cut by the highway is called the Clear Range.
