Canadian Colleges Athletic Association
The Canadian Colleges Athletic Association ( CCAA for short ; French Association canadienne du sport collégial , ACSC for short ) is Canada's national college sports organization and was founded in 1974. Its equivalent in the field of Canadian universities is the U Sports (formerly CIS ). Some institutions are members of both organizations in different sports areas. The CCAA today offers championships in nine different sports.

The CCAA is made up of five regional associations, which in some sports are also called conferences based on the US system and in which the current 79 members are organized.
