Carlos Lobo

Carlos Lobo , real name Juan Carlos López (born June 24, 1970 ), is a German actor and voice actor of Spanish descent.

Career

Lobo completed his training. a. in Mainz, Málaga, Barcelona and New York (with William Esper). He had engagements at the theater in Mannheim, Oberhausen, State Theaters Mainz and Bonn. In 2008 he played the lead role of Commissioner Diaz alongside Fritz Wepper in the four-part series Our Man in the South . He is also known for episode roles in series such as Mord mit Aussicht , SOKO Cologne , Alarm für Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei , Post Mortem and SOKO Kitzbühel . He was the voice of Murda in the web series Jabhook .

In December 2011 Lobo made his Broadway debut at the Duke Theater on 42nd Street with the play Wearing Lorca's Bowtie in a leading role. Another New York premiere followed in 2012 with the play Shove at the Conelly Theater in the East Village as part of the New York International Fringe Festival .

In addition to his acting and speaking career, Lobo runs the Stimm und Truppi recording studio in Cologne. He is the German dubbing voice of Javier Bardem .
