In the 2013/14 UEFA Women's Champions League she made four appearances in the round of 32 and last 16. She returned to Stabæk for a short time in January 2014 before signing a two-year contract with VfL Wolfsburg that came into force in July 2014 . With Wolfsburg, she managed to win the DFB Cup five times in a row as well as the championship in 2016/2017, 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 and thus three times the double . National team

Hansen went through all Norwegian junior teams and participated with them in various qualifications for U-17 and U-19 European championships. In 2011 she was selected for the Norwegian U-19 team and reached the final of the U-19 European Championship, but lost this 8-1 to Germany and became vice European champion. On October 26, 2011, she made her debut in a game against Belgium in the Norwegian national team. Hansen scored her first international goal in June 2012 in an 11-0 win over Bulgaria in a qualifier for the 2013 European Championship , when she scored 8-0 in the 48th minute of the game. With the U-20 team, she then took part in the U-20 Women's World Cup in Japan in 2012 , where she was used in four games and scored a goal in a 4-1 win against Argentina. The World Cup ended for them with a 4-0 defeat in the quarter-finals against Germany .

On October 26, 2013, she scored three goals in an international match for the first time in a 7-0 World Cup qualifier against Albania . She was used in nine out of ten qualifying games and was the best Norwegian goalscorer with eight goals. Due to an injury she was unable to take part in the World Cup, where the Norwegians were eliminated in the round of 16. With this defeat, the direct qualification for the Olympic Games 2016 was missed. The Norwegians still had the chance to secure the last European starting place in the qualifying tournament for the 2016 Olympic Games . For this tournament she was also nominated and used in the three games, where she scored the goal for her team in the 1: 2 defeat against Switzerland . But she could not qualify with her team.

The subsequent qualification for the 2017 European Championship ended with seven wins and one draw as group winners. Hansen was only used in the last two games in which she still scored a goal. At the Algarve Cup 2017 she was used in four games. The Norwegians could only win the game for 11th place against host Portugal , which meant the worst placement in the tournament's history for the Norwegians. At the 2017 European Championships , she played three games, but like her teammates did not score, which meant that Norway was eliminated for the first time without a goal and as the bottom of the group.

In the subsequent qualification for the 2019 World Cup , she was one of the eight Norwegians who played all eight qualifying games. In the end, they were group winners ahead of European champions Netherlands , to which she contributed as the second best Norwegian goalscorer with six goals, including the penalty for a 1-0 home win against Ireland , which was ultimately decisive for direct qualification.

She had her first tournament success in 2019 when she won the Algarve Cup . On May 2, she was nominated for the 2019 World Cup and thus her second World Cup. At the World Cup, she was used in the five Norwegian games. In the last group game against South Korea , she scored the first goal in the 5th minute with a penalty (final score 2: 1). With a 3-0 defeat against England in the quarter-finals, she and her team were eliminated and thus also missed the 2020 Olympic Games .
