The eleventh season of the German emergency and rescue series Die Rettungsflieger is the last season of the television series and celebrated its premiere on April 11, 2007 on the ZDF broadcaster . The season and series finals aired on July 11, 2007.
The thirteen episodes of the eleventh season were broadcast for the first time on the Wednesday evening before the 7:25 pm slot and have been repeated regularly in the afternoon program of ZDF and in the afternoon and evening programs of ZDFneo since the television series was discontinued in 2007 .

| The ambulance team is called to a tennis court: Lieutenant Colonel a. D. Karl Rottenburg collapsed, but he wants to get himself back from Chief Medical Officer Dr. Sabine Petersen did not receive treatment. Only when pilot Captain Jens Blank speaks a serious word with the old aviator does he allow himself to be treated. A little later, Colonel Commodore Ralph Brandt appears in the rescue center with the general . The team is surprised when Jens Blank, who has just been promoted to major, does not react happily to this promotion. He does not want to leave active flight duty, but this attitude leads to an argument with his partner Juliane Dammeier.

| The rescue pilots are called to an older man who has collapsed while jogging with his much younger wife. As senior staff physician Dr. Sabine Petersen and Sergeant Johannes von Storkow take care of the patient, the wife of the injured person asks the SAR 71 paramedics for special care for her husband. The next mission takes the crew to a young couple who are expecting their first child together, but an accident occurs on the way to the clinic. The spontaneous birth and the worry about her husband make the woman difficult to create, so that she even wants to reject the child. The rescuers from SAR 71 must join forces to save the situation. A little later, the rescuers are called to work in a high-rise estate: a very overweight woman has suffered a heart attack and now has to be brought to the clinic using a crane from the fire brigade and an ambulance . But the woman's son wants to prevent his mother from being exposed and refuses to take this transport. Jens Blank and Sabine Petersen have to master the situation together and motivate the boy who has already given up all hope of his dream job, pilot.

| Young Martina, who was recently diagnosed with diabetes , falls while jogging and is seriously injured. She sends her dog Percy to get help, but this causes a bicycle accident in which a little girl is injured. The SAR 71 is called about the bicycle accident, but the crew has no idea about the young Martina. However, when a little later the friend of the unfortunate Martina learns about his girlfriend's dog, he also reports his partner as missing. The rescue pilots start a search and rescue operation and they manage to find the young woman. Meanwhile Madeleine Descartes and Jan Wollcke plan to buy a house and Jens Blank and Juliane Dammeier spend a night together in the rescue center, which does not go undetected. Dr. Sabine Petersen confronts Juliane Dammeier and Jens Blank abandons his partner in this situation. A little later, the team was called in to a serious accident: 14-year-old Lea's scarf got caught in the door of her father's car and his father drove off. | A pensioner assembles the flower boxes on her balcony, but one of the boxes falls into the depths of the couple's stroller. | The rescue pilots are called to fall down stairs. | A clique of adolescents wants to steal in a small shop, but a boy falls on a shelf and is seriously injured.
