Hansi Jochmann (born February 19, 1953 in Berlin ) is a German actress , audio book speaker and voice actress .

Life and education

Hansi Jochmann was born in Berlin as the daughter of the actress Gretel Walters and the director and actor Horst-Hans Jochmann. In 1959 she had her first appearance as Heinerle in Der fidele Bauer and in 1960 she made her feature film debut in Kirmes under the direction of Wolfgang Staudte . In the same year she also worked for the first time as a voice actress for the film Houseboat with Cary Grant and Sophia Loren.

In 1970 she was one of the actors involved in the socially critical television film Bambule , which was discontinued at short notice after the screenwriter Ulrike Meinhof had joined the terror scene and was not broadcast until 1994.

She is best known as the German standard dubbing voice of Jodie Foster since "Taxi Driver" and as the actress of the Roßhauptnerin in the television series Pfarrer Braun . She has been campaigning for the hospice movement for several years and appears in various German cities with the evening “Last songs ... and the world stands still”. Since 1989 she has also worked as a dubbing director.
