FIAL was an Italian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Fabbrica Italiana Automobile Legnanese company from Milan began producing automobiles in 1906. The vehicles were marketed as both FIAL and Legnano. Production ended in 1908.

There were two different models. The Tipo A 6/8 HP , also called 8 HP , was equipped with a two-cylinder engine. The open Phaeton body offered space for two people. There was also the four-cylinder 10/12 HP model .

A vehicle of this brand can be seen in the Museo dell'Automobile Carlo Biscaretti di Ruffia in Turin .
