Company history
Giacomo Miari and Francesco Giusti founded the company in Padua on August 4, 1896 and began producing automobiles designed by Enrico Bernardi . The brand name was Miari & Giusti . The end came on May 5, 1899. The Società Italiana Bernardi continued production.
vehicles
The first 3½ HP model was a tricycle with the single wheel at the rear. The single-cylinder engine with 624 cm³ displacement was mounted in front of the rear wheel in a mid-engine design. The open body offered space for two people. Models with 1.5 to 4 hp power followed later .
