Stabilimento Meccanico Carlo Mantovani was an Italian manufacturer of motorcycles and automobiles .
Company history
Carlo Mantovani, who was previously Technical Director at Bender e Martiny , took over the company in 1903, gave it the new name and began producing motorcycles in Milan . In 1906 the automobile industry followed. The brand name was Invicta . Production ended in 1906.

The company offered the models 6/8 HP with a two-cylinder engine and 10/12 HP with a four-cylinder engine . Both were small cars . The vehicles had a three-speed gearbox and chain drive.
