Officine Meccaniche Beccaria was an Italian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Beccaria brothers founded the company in 1905. The address was Corso Orbassano 2 in Turin . Initially, individual parts were created that automobile manufacturers such as Fiat and Storero used. In 1912 the production of automobiles began, designed by Giuseppe G. Cravero. The brand name was Beccaria . When Vincenzo Florio entered the business in 1913, the brand name changed to Florio . But in 1914 the name Beccaria was used again. Production ended in 1916.

The model 18/22 HP had a four-cylinder - monobloc engine with 2951 cc displacement . It was available as a touring car and sports car, and was also used in auto races. The 25/35 HP model appeared in 1914 and also had a four-cylinder engine, but with a displacement of 5027 cc. This model was available with two different wheelbases .
