Company history
Massimo Ricordi, who previously managed Giuseppe Tito Ricordi , founded the automobile production company together with Gino Molinari on July 15, 1905 in Milan . The brand name was Ricordi-Molinaro . Production ended in 1906. Serpollet Italiana took over the production facilities.

The only model was the 8 HP . A single-cylinder engine drove the rear axle via a cardan shaft. The transmission had three gears. The Tonneau body shape offered space for four people. A special feature was a round grille.
