The company Officine Meccaniche Torinese from Turin was the successor company of Peugeot Croizat and began in 1907 with the production of automobiles. Production ended in 1913.

Initially, Peugeot models were assembled under license . In 1913 the self-developed Victrix model was added. It was equipped with a single cylinder engine with a displacement of 700 cm³ and offered space for four people.
A vehicle of this brand belongs to the collection of the Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile in Turin.
