Società Torinese Automobili Elettrici was an Italian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was founded in Turin in 1907 as the successor company of Krieger Società Italiana Automobili for the production of automobiles. The brand name was STAE . Production ended in 1913.

Vehicles with an electric motor were produced under the Kriéger license . Among other things, there was the two-seater Phaeton body shape.

A vehicle of this brand can be seen in the Museo dell'Automobile Carlo Biscaretti di Ruffia in Turin.
