The Soccer Association League Southwest 2009/10 was the third season of the sixth class Association League Southwest in regional men's soccer in the southern part of Rhineland-Palatinate .

The championship was won by Arminia Ludwigshafen . The SG Rieschweiler and the 1. FC Haßloch had to relegate to their respective national league after this season. As a climber came next season from the regional league as champions of SV Rodenbach (West) and TSV Schott Mainz (East). Between the runner-up SV Oberkirn (West) and the TDSV Mutterstadt (East) there was a relegation round for promotion with a return leg. The first leg at SV Oberkirn ended 1: 1, while the second leg at TDSV was won 6-0 by the hosts and was thus also allowed to advance to the next season.
