The Football Association League Southwest 2011/12 was the fourth season of the sixth class Association League Southwest in regional men's football in the southern part of Rhineland-Palatinate .

TSG Pfeddersheim won the championship . Fontana Finthen , VfB Bodenheim and SV Hermersberg had to relegate to their respective national league after this season. As a climber came next season from the state league as champions, the SG Rieschweiler (West) and the FSV Offenbach (East). Between the runner-up in the regional leagues, SG Hüffelsheim / Niederhausen and VfL Neustadt (Ost), there was another round of promotion which ended 3: 3 in the first leg in Neustadt and ended in a 1: 3 victory for VfL in the second leg in Hüffelsheim . This also rose to the next season. SV Alemannia Waldalgesheim also came from the league as a relegated team .
