The national soccer team of the women of Trinidad and Tobago represents Trinidad and Tobago in international women's soccer . The national team is subordinate to the Trinidad & Tobago Football Association and has been coached by the American Randy Waldrum since July 2014 . The selection took part in all previously held North American Championships , with third place in 1991 being the greatest success so far. The selection of Trinidad & Tobago has not yet taken part in a world championship or the Olympic Games.
