Glenn Fleshler (born September 5, 1968 in New York City , New York ) is an American actor . He gained fame primarily through his roles in the series Billions and Barry , as well as Randall from the movie Joker

Glenn Fleshler was born into a Jewish family in Queens , New York . He studied acting at the Tisch School of the Arts , the acting faculty at New York University , from which he graduated with a Master of Fine Arts .
