Gotham Award / Best Actress
The Gotham Awards in the category Best Actress (Best Actress) has been awarded since, 2013. Before that, from 1991 to 2004, an actor's prize that was not separated by sex was awarded without being assigned to a specific film. The nominations in the categories of Best Actress and Best Actor are determined by a five-member committee consisting mainly of film critics.
In 2014, the winner agreed with the Oscar winner in the Best Actress category the following year.
