Hans Schliebener (* 1921 ; † August 21, 2013 ) was a German racing cyclist .

In 1948 Hans Schliebener was third in the German track championships in the single pursuit , in 1949 with the team of the Berlin NRVg Luisenstadt vice-champion in the team pursuit . In 1950 he was runner-up at national championships in the single and team pursuit on the track and in the team time trial on the road . From 1951 to 1953 Schliebener won the title of German champion in the single pursuit three times in a row and in 1952, together with Günther Otte, the vice-champion in the two-man team . In 1954 he was also German champion in the team pursuit, together with Klaus Bugdahl , Horst Sylvestrzak and Alfred Freitag . He also won the Berlin newspaper driver championship several times.
