Jeremy Hill (* 20th October 1992 in Baton Rouge , Louisiana ) is an American American Footballer in the National Football League (NFL). He last played for the New England Patriots as a running back .
college
Hill attended Louisiana State University and played for their team, the Tigers , college football for two years , scoring a total of 28 touchdowns .
NFL
2014
At the 2014 NFL Draft , he was selected in the second round as the 55th overall by the Cincinnati Bengals . In his rookie season , he ran 1,124 yards and scored nine touchdowns, displacing Giovani Bernard as a starter .
2015
In the 2015 season he could only run 794 yards, but led the statistics of rushing touchdowns (11) together with Devonta Freeman , Adrian Peterson and DeAngelo Williams .
2016
The season 2016 was Hill with 839 yards and 9 touchdowns finish at 222 run attempts. He also caught 21 balls for a total of 174 yards. He was unable to build on the performance of his rookie season, but at least managed more scrimmage yards than in the previous year.
2017
