The canton of Saint-Martin-en-Bresse was 2015 a French constituency in the district of Chalon-sur-Saone in Saône-et-Loire and in the region of Burgundy ; its main town was Saint-Martin-en-Bresse . Jean-Luc Voiret ( PS ) was last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2001 to 2015, last re-elected in 2008 . The canton was 122.91 km² and had 4,509 inhabitants (1999), which corresponded to a population density of 37 inhabitants per km².
