The chapel is in the Kirchhoven-Endebruch district on Endebrucher Weg. She is consecrated to the Mother of God . The chapel is also used as a processional chapel.

history

Endebruch was originally a village belonging to the Kirchhoven mayor's office . The chapel in the no longer independent village was built in 1958, financed by donations and by the villagers themselves. Maria Theberath donated the building site. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on March 17, 1958, and the foundation stone was laid two days later . The design and the construction management were in the hands of the architect Gerhard Hanrath. On June 1, 1958, the chapel was consecrated by Pastor Görtz. In 1999 the chapel was renovated.

architecture

The building is a free-standing brick building with an ogival opening. The gable roof is slightly pulled forward over the entrance area and slopes down slightly towards the rear wall. The chapel can be entered via two stone steps. The interior is clad with white wood paneling .
