The Roman Catholic Chapel Donselen is located in the district of Uetterath -Donselen in the city of Heinsberg in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The chapel is in Donselen on federal road 221 .

history

The Donselener Hof has appeared as a Heinsberg fief since the 14th century . The court was located in Dremmen , the responsible parish was Uetterath. The farm and six other houses and farms formed the Donselen settlement . The erected chapel appears on the map of the new mapping from 1891 to 1912. The chapel is not yet recorded on the tranchot map 1803–1820 and the original cadastral map 1846.

architecture

The chapel is a none, plastered brick building. The entrance and the chapel ceiling are arched. A wrought iron protective grille is attached in the entrance area. On the right and left of the roof, floral ornaments made of wrought iron decorate the chapel.
