Lanvellec ( Breton : Lanvaeleg ) is a French municipality with 596 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côtes-d'Armor in the region of Brittany ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Lannion and the canton of Plestin-les-Grèves . The inhabitants are called Lanvellecois .

geography

Lanvellec is about 58 kilometers west-northwest of Saint-Brieuc . Lanvellec is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Plouzélambre in the north, Plouaret in the east, Plounévez-Moëdec in the south-east, Plounérin in the south, Plufur in the west and Tréduder in the north-west.
