Quemperven ( Breton : Kemperven ) is a French commune with 379 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Côtes-d'Armor department in the Brittany region . It belongs to the arrondissement of Lannion , the canton of Bégard and is a member of the Lannion-Trégor Communauté community association founded in 2015 . The inhabitants call themselves Quempervenois (es) .

Quemperven is located around 10 km (as the crow flies) east of the small town of Lannion in northern Brittany.
