The women's 10 km walk at the 1990 European Athletics Championships was held on the streets of Split on August 29, 1990 .
In this competition the Italian walkers won two medals, gold and bronze. European champion was Annarita Sidoti . She won ahead of Olga Kardopolzewa from the Soviet Union. Bronze went to Ileana Salvador .
