Recovery stone | Coming from the north, the stone is directly behind the curve and a parking lot about 500 meters before the Kuventhalter Bridge. The stone marks the former state border and thus the responsibility for maintaining the road. The side length is about 40 centimeters, it protrudes about 90 centimeters from the earth. There are inscriptions on two sides: "Maintenance limit province Hanover km 43.638" and "Maintenance limit Freistaat Braunschweig". The stone was probably set in the 1920s. | 33835934 |
