The list of churches in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee is an overview of the sacred buildings in Klagenfurt .

The Roman Catholic churches all belong to the dean's office of Klagenfurt-Stadt of the diocese of Gurk , the Protestant churches are two parishes with AB and HB members within the superintendent of AB Carinthia and East Tyrol , and there is also one of the Old Catholic parishes for Carinthia and East Tyrol ( Old Catholic Church Austria ) and a congregation of the New Apostolic Church Austria .
