Chapel of St. Wolfgang and Katharina Plastered solid building with roof turret; Jettkofen was an ecclesiastical branch of the parish of Ostrach since the 13th century . In 1568 a pay house “behind the chapel” was awarded, so that by that time the chapel was probably already standing; 1579 consecration of the chapel by Constance Auxiliary Bishop Balthasar; the renovation or new construction of today's chapel then took place in the time of the powerful abbot Anselm II of Salem , in 1748. |
