List of listed farmhouses in Radebeul
The list of listed farmhouses in Radebeul gives an overview of the listed buildings in the Saxon town of Radebeul , which are present and former farms, farmhouses, stables, houses or stables that were inhabited by farriers , gardeners or cottage workers .
Many of these buildings are located on the eight village centers of the former Lößnitz rural communities, above all the Anger Altkötzschenbroda of the former municipality of Kötzschenbroda , whose old community consisted of 90 landowners with their farms. Alt-Radebeul as the second crystallization core in the east of the city had a comparatively small number of Hufnern with its "12 apostles" on Rundling Am Kreis . But there, outside the actual village center, with the Dreiseithof Kaditzer Straße 9, is not only a very stately homestead, but also the "cradle" of the Lößnitz master builder Ziller ( Christian Gottlieb Ziller , father of the Moritz and Gustav Ziller brothers ), who in the second half of the 19th century should have a decisive influence on the appearance of Radebeul. In the original municipality of Naundorf there was the old community of Thirty-nine ( Altnaundorf ), Zitzschewig consisted of 31 properties, which were not only grouped around the Anger Altzitzschewig , but were also located on the nearby Postchaussee ( Meißner Straße ) between Dresden and Leipzig . Wahnsdorf with its Anger Altwahnsdorf consisted of 23 farms, in Serkowitz there was the old community of the Fifteen and in Lindenau , the poorest village, there were 22 farms, but overall the smallest farm area of originally only five and a half Hufen. The number of old parishioners included the equal owners of the brewery goods, who also often served as judges; in the case of Kötzschenbroda, the parish with the pastor as the landowner also belonged to the old community, who also had property in Tännicht and on the vineyard corridor.
With the growth of the Lößnitz communities, the number of small farmers (gardeners) and small farmers (cottagers) also increased from the 17th century onwards, and their homes can also be found in this list.
The concentration of the dates on specific, narrowly defined periods of the year shows the reconstruction of the farms after the devastating fires that spread again and again, which partially destroyed almost the entire village. In 1774 a fire destroyed 30 buildings in Kötzschenbroda, and the large fire of 1805 left 58 houses and 32 barns in ruins. In Zitzschewig, the fire of 1790 destroyed most of the old village center. The largest village fire in Naundorf's history in 1822, to which the legend of the fire rider goes back, burned 35 farmsteads; In 1877 a fire devil set numerous barns on fire. Architectural witnesses from the time before are therefore rare, mostly only the vaulted cellars survived, in which old dates can still be found today. The buildings were completely rebuilt after the fires, which means that few modifications from the time before can be found.
In the time of the GDR , the Anger Altnaundorf and Altzitzschewig as well as the Rundling Am Kreis , the village center of Alt-Radebeul, were on the local district monument list as monuments of cultural history in Radebeul .
