Lorbach is a district of Mechernich , Euskirchen district , North Rhine-Westphalia .

District road 28 runs through the village between Kallmuth and Bergheim . Lorbach is surrounded by three mountains, the Lichtert (493.5 m), the Pflugberg (499.1 m) and the Galgennück (472.0 m).

In 1908 a chapel was built in honor of Perpetual Help . It goes back to foundations and was expanded in 1960.

On July 1, 1969, Lorbach was incorporated into Mechernich.
