Maylin Wende , b. Hausch (born September 22, 1988 in Stuttgart ) is a German figure skater .

She started figure skating in 1992. Your first partner in the sports couple was Steffen Hörmann. The couple became German junior champions in 2006. Shortly afterwards, the couple separated because Steffen Hörmann stopped figure skating altogether. Afterwards, Maylin Hausch initially couldn't find an ice skating partner and therefore started again in a single run. From September 2008 she ran together with Daniel Wende .

Maylin Hausch and Daniel Wende came in 17th at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver and 13th at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi .

Maylin and Daniel Wende started for the EC Oberstdorf. They were trained there by Karel Fajfr .

Maylin and Daniel have been married since June 6, 2013. In 2000 she played the role of Julia in the short film Moianacht .

At the end of the 2013/14 season, Maylin and Daniel Wende ended their careers as active runners. Both now work as trainers at the Oberstdorf Ice Sports Center.
