action

Pepe Nietnagel's father, a stamp dealer, has a valuable collection stolen from his car in Amsterdam. As a thank you, he invites the young Dutchman to Baden-Baden, where Pit attends class 8b at Mommsen-Gymnasium during his stay.

Here he contributes with his mischievous energy to the actions that Pepe and his class are concocting against the faculty. I.a. the director's apartment is flooded, schoolteacher Knörz's television set explodes, and the entire teaching staff is arrested drunk after an excursion that also includes the stables of a flea circus. From February to March 1971 the film was mainly in Baden-Baden and at the Maximiliansgymnasium in Munich , which was shown for the fourth time as the Mommsen-Gymnasium. From the regular cast of the real “Lümmel” films, this time, among others, Hansi Kraus , Theo Lingen , Rudolf Schündler , Balduin Baas and Hans Terofal were in front of the camera. After a guest appearance in the second and a leading role in the fourth part, the then child star Heintje could be seen again, but this time in the mood for much nastier jokes. Fritz Tillmann , Ralf Wolter , Heinz Reincke , Eva Maria Meineke , Evelyn Opela , Franz Muxeneder and Hugo Lindinger could be engaged for further guest roles . For the third time you saw Carola Höhn as Frau Nietnagel.

music

Rolf Alexander Wilhelm was responsible for part of the series as a film composer for the fifth time. The theme song, Morning falls out of school, was produced and composed by Heinz Gietz . Kurt Hertha wrote the text . It was released on single on the Cornet label.

  • Snowdrops in February

The last three tracks were available on records from the Ariola label.

reception

The FSK released the film on May 17, 1971, ten days before the premiere, for people aged six and over. The film again proved to be a commercial success. In 1972 the film series with the last part Behavior became insufficient! (Director: Franz Josef Gottlieb ) continued. However, film comedies on the subject of schools continued to appear, such as the comedy My Daughter - Your Daughter (1972) directed by Werner Jacobs .

criticism

"Sixth part of the 'Lümmel and Pauker' films, in which adolescent pranks provide the framework for imbecile serial gossip, which is occasionally interrupted for hit performances."
