Museums-Check is a German television program that has been produced on behalf of 3sat since 2010 . The program is moderated by Markus Brock , who visits and introduces selected museums in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Markus Brock introduces one or more museums for each program in a tour and in discussions with prominent guests, curators and exhibition organizers . For example, the architecture , the scenography , the exhibition concept , the museum education , the museum shop and the museum café are discussed. The program is aimed at a broad audience who are interested in culture and like to go to museums. According to Markus Brock, the aim of the program is: "To [create] an appetite for museums and take away the fear of the threshold".
