NGC 5325 (also NGC 5325A ) is a 15.3 mag bright spiral-shaped radio galaxy of the Hubble-type Sc in the constellation Hounds in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 155 million light years from the Milky Way and about 40,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 5303 , NGC 5341 , NGC 5349 , NGC 5351 .
The object was discovered by Lewis A. Swift on June 14, 1885 .
