NGC 75 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Pisces on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 265 million light years from the Milky Way and about 85,000 light years in diameter .
The object was discovered on October 22, 1886 by the American astronomer Lewis A. Swift .
