NGC 95 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBc / P in the constellation Pisces on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 246 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 130,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies IC 7 and IC 14 .
The object was discovered on October 18, 1784 by the German-British astronomer Wilhelm Herschel .
