NGC 105 is a spiral galaxy from the Hubble type Sab in the constellation fish on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 242 million light years from the Milky Way and about 45,000 light years across.

The Type Ia supernovae SN 1997cw and SN2007A were observed here.

The object was discovered on October 15, 1884 by the French astronomer Édouard Jean-Marie Stephan .
