NGC 112 is a spiral galaxy from the Hubble type Sc in the constellation Andromeda the northern sky . It is estimated to be 288 million light years from the Milky Way and about 85,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered on September 17, 1885 by the American astronomer Lewis A. Swift .
