NGC 912 is an elliptical galaxy of Hubble type E / S0 in the constellation Andromeda on the northern sky . It is estimated to be 203 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 55,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies NGC 909 , NGC 910 , NGC 911 , NGC 913 , among others .
The object was discovered on November 30, 1878 by Édouard Stephan .
