NGC 927 is a barred spiral galaxy with a high rate of star formation of the Hubble type SBc in the constellation Aries north of the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 371 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 130,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered on January 18, 1885 by Johann Palisa .
