The Doi Khun Tan National Park ( Thai : อุทยานแห่งชาติ ดอย ขุน ตาล ) is a National Park in the Northern Region of Thailand . It was named a national park in 1975, making it the 9th in the country.

geography

It covers an area of ​​255.29 km² and is located in the mountains of northern Thailand in the provinces of Lamphun and Lampang , the height differences are between 325 and 1373 meters.

The area of ​​the national park consists of rugged, mountainous terrain. It is the catchment area of ​​important rivers such as Mae Tan and Mae Tha. The highest point is Doi Khun Tan with a height of 1,373 meters.
