Kulsam was in Bohemian territory on the border with the real estate Eger , which ran along the Wondreb since 1322. The place has always been parish to Königsberg an der Eger. After the Leuchtenbergers, the families Notthracht and Hertenberg followed as owners .
In 1841 a stone bridge was built over the Wondreb. After the replacement of patrimonial, Kulsam became part of the municipality of Mostau together with Lapitzfeld, Rolessengrün, Dobrassen and Klingen in 1850 and came to the judicial district of Eger or the political district of Eger . At the beginning of the 20th century, Kulsam became an independent community. In 1930 130 people lived in Kulsam, in 1939 there were 142. After the Munich Agreement , the village was incorporated into the German Reich in 1938 and belonged to the district of Eger from 1939 to 1945 . After the war, Odrava returned to Czechoslovakia; the German residents were expelled. In 1960 Mostov was incorporated.
