The Parliament of Montenegro ( Montenegrin : Skupština Crne Gore / Скупштина Црне Горе ) is the parliament in the unicameral system of Montenegro with its seat in Podgorica .

81 members of parliament are elected for four years each. After the independence referendum of Montenegro , the parliament ratified the declaration of independence on June 3, 2006.

The first elections took place on June 3, 2006. The last elections took place on October 16, 2016. Ranko Krivokapić has been parliamentary speaker since 2003 . Among other things, he was re-elected on November 6, 2012.
