history

The Paulinenhof estate was founded on December 29, 1853 and was a residential area within the municipality of Langenbrück ( Lembruk in Polish ) until 1945 . The place was given the name "Paulinenhof-Langenbrück", as it consisted of contiguous lands belonging to the village of Langenbrück, although the addition was given up in the following years. As a village in the municipality of Langenbrück, Paulinenhof belonged to the Sensburg district in the Gumbinnen district (1905 to 1945: Allenstein district ) in the Prussian province of East Prussia . In 1867 Paulinenhof had 59 inhabitants, in 1885 51 and in 1905 again 57 inhabitants.

With all of southern East Prussia , Paulinenhof was transferred to Poland in 1945 as a result of the war and was given the Polish form of the name “Pawłowięta”. It was given up, its local office incorporated into Lembruk and then assigned to the Gmina Mrągowo (rural community Sensburg ) in the powiat Mrągowski ( Sensburg district ). Pawłowięta is considered a "former village" ( Polish dawna wieś ) and one of the "abandoned villages in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship" (Polish opuszczone wsie w województwie warmińsko-mazurskich ).

church

Until 1945 Paulinenhof was parish in the Evangelical Church Seehesten in the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union and in the Catholic parish church in Heiligelinde ( Polish Święta Lipka ) in the then diocese of Warmia .
