It existed until 1945 - renamed "Amtsgericht Gerwen" in 1939 - and belonged to the Gumbinnen district in the Gumbinnen administrative district of the Prussian province of East Prussia .
In 1910 there were 523 residents registered in Gerwischkehmen, 469 of whom lived in the rural community and 54 in the manor district. Their number rose to 579 by 1933 and was 573 in 1939.
On June 3, officially confirmed on July 16, 1938, Gerwischkehmen was renamed "Gerwen". In 1945 the village came to the Soviet Union as a result of the war with all of northern East Prussia .
In 1947 the village was given the Russian name Priosjornoje and at the same time was assigned to the village soviet Krasnopolski selski Sowet in Gussew Rajon . The estate was given the Russian name Rechnoje in 1950 and was assigned to the Furmanowski selski Sowet . In the administrative overview of 1975 this place was no longer listed. The place Priosjornoje came in 1954 in the Pokrowski selski Sowet . From before 1968 until 1975 Priosjornoje was the administrative seat of this village soviet itself. From 2008 to 2013 Priosjornoje belonged to the rural community Mikhailovskoye selskoje posselenije and since then to the urban district of Gusew.

church
Church building
There was a first church in Gerwischkehmen as early as 1730 as an octagonal wooden central building with a small tower in the middle of the roof. This church became dilapidated and had to be demolished. It was replaced by a new building erected between 1803 and 1805: a plastered brick building without a tower. The church was damaged in World War II . In the following years structural changes were made in order to be able to use the building as a fertilizer store. The former church has been empty since 1995. Use in worship services is currently excluded.
Parish
The Protestant parish of Gerwischkehmen was founded in 1730 and from 1746 onwards it was given its own parish office. In 1925 it had 2,800 parish members who lived in 14 parish towns . Until 1945 the church Gerwischkehmen was part of the church district Gumbinnen in the church province East Prussia of the church of the Old Prussian Union .
Due to the flight and displacement of the local population and the subsequent restrictive church policy of the Soviet Union , church life collapsed. Today Priosjornoje lies in the catchment area of the newly established Evangelical Lutheran congregation of the Salzburg church in Gussew (Gumbinnen) . It belongs to the Kaliningrad (Königsberg) provost of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia .
