The Noginsky District ( Russian Ногинский район ) is a Raion in the Moscow Oblast in Russia .

history

The Noginski rajon was founded in 1929. The name Noginsk comes from the city of the same name, which was named in 1930 after the Soviet politician and first mayor of Moscow after the October Revolution, Viktor Nogin .
