Rollag is a municipality in the province ( Fylke ) Viken Norway .

The stave church from the time between 1150 and 1200 is a sight . It has 160 seats. In 1652 the church got windows, 1666 a pulpit, 1697/1698 a transept, 1702 a gallery and 1739 a sacristy. Only the four corner pillars remain from the original church. In the church there is a baroque altar panel from around 1670. The wall paintings are mostly blue and bear several portraits of pastors from the 17th to 19th centuries.

The Norwegian ski jumper Sigurd Pettersen comes from Rollag , with him a Norwegian won the four-hill tournament for the first time since 1994 in the 2003/2004 season. He is the son of the Mayor of Rollag Steinar Berthelsen .
