Sandra Studer

Sandra Studer , married Müller (born February 10, 1969 in Zurich ) is a Swiss television presenter and singer .

The daughter of a Swiss and a Spaniard grew up in Zollikerberg . After studying ballet and piano, she made her first experiences as a singer at the age of 17. She studied German and musicology at the University of Zurich . The first sound recordings were made in 1987. In 1989, Sandra Studer was background singer for DJ BoBo on the song "I Love You".

Under the name Sandra Simó , she represented Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest 1991 ; her song Canzone per te , sung in Italian, took 5th place.

After that, she became a successful television presenter with TV shows such as “ Takito ”, “ Traumziel ” and “ Country Roads ”. At the Eurovision Song Contest she often spoke the German-language commentaries for Swiss television ; In 1999 she moderated the German preliminary decision for this competition alongside Axel Bulthaupt .
