Jean Philippe (* 1931 ) is a French singer and participant in two Eurovision Song Contests .

Live and act

He represented France at the 4th Eurovision Song Contest in Cannes in 1959 with his chanson Oui, Oui, Oui, Oui (German: Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes ) and achieved third place with 15 points. This piece was published again by the chansonist Sacha Distel and achieved greater fame there. At the Eurovision Song Contest in 1962 , Jean Philippe then represented Switzerland with the Chanson Le Retour (German: The Return ). He was tenth out of 16 places and received 2 points. He shared this place with Inger Jacobsen ( Norway ) and Ellen Winther ( Denmark ).
